TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prior to Day of Shoot

• Prices are based on 50 mile radius of Frisco TX, further distances will incur extra travel charges of the standard IRS mileage rate for the current year.
• 50% downpayment on day of shoot required (payable by check, credit card, zelle or venmo), remaining 50% upon delivery.

Day of Shoot

• [REAL ESTATE ONLY] Property must be in 'ready to shoot' condition prior to commencement of shoot (exactly the same as preparing for a photography shoot).
• Cancellation fee of $250 applies if cancelled on day of shoot.
• Drone aerials (if necessary) are subject to weather conditions and zoning as designated by the FAA.

After the Shoot - Video

• Turnaround for first draft of video is two business days, unless otherwise agreed.
• Fee of $150 applies for rush delivery.
• Each video includes a royalty free music track under Creative Commons, licensed specifically for that video only.
• Clients are entitled to one round of edit changes, further edit requests may incur extra editing charges.

After the Shoot - Photo

• Turnaround for photography is the following business day by end of day.
• Essential image adjustments (ie: brightness, color, straightening) are included. Photoshop editing of images incurs extra charge.
• Fee of $150 applies for rush delivery.
